Her work is positioning, messaging and identity — settling what a company stands for before anyone optimises a page for it. The order is not cosmetic. Entity clarity is a positioning problem before it becomes a technical one, and a company that cannot state plainly what it is will not be classified cleanly by a language model either.

Alongside positioning she runs marketing and growth planning, content strategy, employer branding and delivery management: a sequenced timeline, a defined workflow, and a named owner for each step, so at any point in a project it is clear what has shipped and what has not.

Approach

Two commitments shape how she works. The first is that a client of any size gets the same standard of thinking — the discipline is in the method, not in the budget. The second is that a recommendation has to survive the question “why?”, which rules out tactics that are current but unproven.

Channels and tooling change every year; the criterion does not. A tactic earns a place in the plan when it can be tied to margin, and loses it when it cannot.
