Terms of use
The terms on which this website, its content and its demos are made available. This is not a services contract; that is signed separately.
What these cover
These terms apply to the use of phoenixverus.com and of everything made available through it free of charge: articles, guides, demos, forms. Services to clients are governed by a separate agreement, which prevails.
By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it.
Content and rights
The texts, guides, images, measurement data and code of the website belong to PHOENIX VERUS or are used under licence. You may read them, quote them with attribution, and use the guides for the needs of your own business.
You may not republish whole texts or guides, resell them, remove attribution, or use them to train artificial-intelligence models without written permission. The site’s robots.txt and llms.txt state what automated agents are permitted to do.
Third-party marks and names — Google, Meta, OpenAI, Anthropic and others — belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe what we measure.
The demos
Demos run on our own or synthetic data and show how a tool works, not what it would show for your business. Access is granted for 48 hours, is personal and non-transferable. Attempting to bypass access control, automated extraction and reverse engineering are not permitted.
Demos are provided as they are, without warranty of availability or accuracy. We may change or withdraw them without notice.
Information, not advice
What we publish — including references to legislation such as the AI Act — is general information. It is not legal, tax or investment advice and does not replace professional advice on your own situation. Measurements we publish concern specific engagements and are not a forecast of outcomes for others.
Liability
The website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from its use or from inability to use it, from third-party content we link to, or from decisions taken on the basis of what you read here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Mytilene have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides a different court for consumers. If any term is held invalid, the rest remain in force.
The Greek text prevails over translations.
