AI Solutions
Short answer
AI solutions is the delivery half of the practice: the agents, chatbots, automations, dashboards and platforms that get built after a decision is made. Every engagement is scoped against a measurable outcome, instrumented from the first release, and handed over with the documentation needed to run it without us.
Built, measured, and governed — in that order, because the last two are what make the first one survive.
What the engagement covers
- Built
- Agents, assistants, automations and the platforms underneath, engineered rather than assembled from demos.
- Measured
- Instrumentation from the first release. If nobody can tell whether it is working, it is not finished.
- Governed
- Ownership, review, logging and a defined path for a wrong output, in line with EU AI Act obligations.
- Operated
- Handover with documentation, or an ongoing support arrangement if you would rather not run it.
How it runs
- Define the outcome and how it will be measured.
- Build the smallest version that proves it.
- Instrument, review and harden.
- Extend or hand over.
Frequently asked
How is this different from buying a product?
Frequently it is not better, and we will say so. A product wins when your process is close to the standard one. A build wins when the process is the thing that differentiates you and bending it to fit a product would cost more than the licence saves.
What size of company is this for?
Companies where a specific process is expensive enough to justify engineering it. That is much more about the process than about headcount.
What happens after launch?
A review period against the measurement agreed at the start, then either handover or a support arrangement. Projects that end at launch tend to stop working within a quarter.
