Short answer
PhoenixBooking is PHOENIX VERUS’s online booking and management system for beauty and wellness businesses. Every booking reserves the staff member, the room and the equipment at the same time, so a double booking cannot happen. It is not a marketplace: the business has its own link and its own client base. The demo opens with an email that carries the links, the accounts and what is worth trying.

Calendar
See the day the way you work it.
By staff member, by cabin or by device, one click. An empty slot is a new appointment; the room and the device are reserved together with the staff member, so a second booking at the same time cannot happen.
Online booking
The client books from their phone, under your name.
They pick a service, a staff member or “anyone available”, a time. They sign in with a code on Viber, no password. Confirmation and reminder go out on their own.
Day flow
From “Confirmed” to “Arrived” to “Completed”.
Reception sees who is waiting, who is in, who is done. Waitlist and walk-ins live on the same screen.
Client record
Every client, the whole history.
What they had, when, with whom, what you noted, which package is still open, which consent they signed. The therapist sees it before the client walks into the cabin.
Reports
Revenue and occupancy by day, store, staff member and room.
Which staff member fills up, which cabin stays empty on Tuesdays, what the packages brought in this month. No Excel.
Settings
Set up on your data, not the other way round.
Stores, hours, staff with specialties, rooms, devices, services with a different price and duration per staff member. And the online booking rules: how far ahead, how late, when a booking can be cancelled.

What the demo is
A fictional business, “Studio Lefki” in Thessaloniki, with two stores: a hair and beauty salon and a laser clinic with cabins and laser devices. You sign in with four roles and see what each one allows, and you book an appointment as a client from the other side.
The data is fictional and no Viber or SMS message is ever sent. The demo is shared by several businesses, so passwords are not changed and data is not deleted.
